** What you’ll do
** Reporting to the RAN Performance & Optimisation Senior Manager, the RAN Performance & Optimisation Ericsson Region Manager ensures the Vodafone Three RAN within the Ericsson region delivers stable, predictable and high quality performance for all customers. The role provides technical leadership across KPI governance, diagnostic insight, feature performance engineering and cross domain optimisation, ensuring the 2G/4G/5G multi vendor RAN performs at its best at all times.
Working closely with RAN functions, Site Deployment, Planning, Operations, Core, Transport and Network Quality teams, the role provides visibility of the performance impact of all network activities and drives timely corrective actions. It also leads the execution of regional RAN optimisation initiatives across technologies, vendors and suppliers—including VMO2—ensuring best possible configurations, strong benchmarking outcomes and contribution to Vodafone Three’s Best Network ambitions.
