Finance Manager​/Management Accountant

Due to substantial growth, we have a fantastic new job opportunity for a driven Finance Manager / Management Accountantwith extensive experience in a similar financial or accounting / accountancy role, proficiency in Quick Books and Sage accounting software and excellent analytical and organisational skills.

Working as the Finance Manager / Management Accountant you will support the company with their ambitious expansion plans. Working directly with the Directors you will play a crucial role in the company’s continued success.

As the Finance Manager / Management Accountant your varied role will cover responsibilities such as full month end management accounting, accounts auditing, tax compliance and helping to improve financial controls and systems.

Your duties as the Finance Manager / Management Accountant will include :

• Full month end management accounting with P&L and Balance Sheet
• Fixed assets organisation including depreciation
• Support senior management with business planning and risk management
• Monitor cash flow, banking, and financing requirements
• Handling accounts auditing process & liaising with external client accountants, and financial institutions
• Liaising with accountants for any issues raised
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax obligations
• Enhance financial data infrastructure and reporting General accounts
• Payroll
• Develop financial models and provide analysis to support strategic decisions
• Quick books knowledge for processing invoices
• Oversee and improve internal financial controls and systems
• Maintain financial records for subsidiary investment properties
• Accounts payable / receivable

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Extensive PQE in a similar finance / financial / accountancy / accounting role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax, and reporting requirements
• Experience using accounting software Quick Books and Sage
• Microsoft Excel (advanced)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with aptitude for process optimisation
• Strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
