Working Hours:
Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week for at least 8 days per month.
You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for your role and the team.
What you’ll do- Responsible for rolling forecasts and financial planning cycles including: 9+15, 5+7, 9+3 etc.
- Capability financial forecasting and tracking
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships with Finance, Commercial and Delivery teams to meet planning and delivery demands.
- Ability to analyse, identify & leverage opportunity to address any challenges that may get presented throughout the financial year.
- Supporting Programmes and Projects in raising POs, receipting and any issue resolution.
- Assessment and delivery or coordination of delivery of ad-hoc financial requests from central finance teams
Extensive experience in financial planning and reporting underpins a strong ability to deliver accurate, insightful analysis. This is complemented by excellent communication skills at all levels, enabling the development of strong working relationships and the ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders. A proven capability in producing clear, concise reports ensures key insights are communicated in a structured and impactful way.
