Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Our hybrid working approach allows employees to work both in the office and do not require specific days; instead, employees are expected to come into the office 2‑3 days each week for a minimum of 8 days per month. Coordination with the line manager will define the exact expectations.
What you’ll do- You’ll lead the month‑end close process across Debt Sale, IFRS
16, and Tower Co, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. - You’ll take ownership of forecasting, developing deep insights into financial drivers and supporting rolling forecasts.
- You’ll analyse performance, identify trends, and deliver clear variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- You’ll proactively monitor risks and escalated issues to ensure delivery against working capital targets.
- You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders across Commercial and Finance, acting as a trusted advisor.
- You’ll influence and guide business partners to drive ownership of working capital initiatives and outcomes.
- You’ll identify and implement initiatives that improve cash flow and optimise working capital.
- You’ll collaborate across teams to streamline processes and deliver efficiency improvements.
- You’ll develop and maintain robust financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- You’ll present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- You’ll bring strong expertise in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and complex data interpretation.
- You’ll have advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or HFM.
- You’ll be confident in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.
- You’ll have excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- You’ll communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex data into meaningful insights.
- You’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and enjoy working across diverse teams.
- You’ll be proactive, curious, and motivated to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- You’ll be comfortable navigating complexity while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
