The Signet Collection is seeking an Hotel Investment & Acquisitions Analyst at their central Newbury office. You will research and assess potential hotel acquisitions, build financial models and analyze market data to help Directors make investment decisions.
You’ll produce Investment Memorandums, gather information from financial accounts, operating performance and markets, and develop clear, actionable decks for senior stakeholders.
