Spa Therapist

• Always greet guests appropriately in a warm and friendly manner and provide a professional, guest‑focused service to all guests/visitors that enter.
• Provide consistent professional treatments in accordance with protocol and accepted certification practices.
• Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the Spa.
• Ensure all equipment are maintained to the highest standard, whilst following guidance on products to support with cost management.
• Stay up to date with general hotel knowledge and understanding of all services and products we can offer to guests.
• Perform preparation work, properly clean and restock room as required.
• Actively promote the Spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the Spa.
• Ensure all Hygiene, Health and Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to.
• Represent Signet Collection at all times, maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to grooming standards.
