A local community organization in Newbury is seeking a committed Outreach Worker to provide support and advocacy for clients affected by domestic abuse. This role focuses on risk assessment and empowering individuals to remain safe. Ideal candidates will have experience in a confidential and safeguarding setting, alongside an understanding of domestic abuse. A full driving license and transport access is desirable.
