• Owning website performance, technical SEO, and CMS management
• Managing CRM (Hub Spot) data, workflows, and lead handover to sales
• Building and optimising email campaigns and automation journeys
• Supporting digital demand generation and campaign reporting
• Acting as the operational backbone of the marketing team

• Naturally curious individual
• 4+ years’ B2B marketing experience
• Strong hands‑on CRM experience (Hub Spot essential)
• Confident with digital operations, email automation, and data hygiene
• Technically minded with a sharp eye for detail
