What You’ll Do

As Vodafone and Three join forces to build the UK’s biggest, best mobile network, you’ll shape how our people understand risk, compliance, and doing what’s right. You’ll help define our culture, strengthen governance, and create experiences that keep every colleague informed, engaged, and empowered to make great decisions.

You will:
- Lead the entire lifecycle of our “Doing What’s Right” mandatory training programme scheduling, tracking, improving, and future‑proofing it using the best technologies and learning practices
- Refresh content and delivery approaches to make training more engaging, accessible, and aligned to how people learn today
- Own and coordinate the annual Risk & Compliance planning process and ensure it stays strategic, risk‑informed, and fully embedded across functions
- Publish the Annual Compliance Plan and act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams across Vodafone Three
- Create and deliver a year‑round Communications Plan - shaping timelines, templates, tone of voice, and quality standards
- Produce regular updates on our Engage and heritage systems, plus an end‑of‑year All Hands video celebrating achievements and showcasing key KPIs
