Risk & Governance Manager

Location: Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

In this role, you’ll accelerate how teams launch and operate data products safely by embedding governance, guardrails and risk to value thinking into the heart of our platforms and processes.

You’ll own the operating rhythm for data risk, define enterprise governance KPIs, and lead the narrative into senior forums, ensuring threats translate into meaningful controls. With two direct reports, you’ll set direction, remove blockers and orchestrate cross department alignment, partnering closely with AI, Data Science, Privacy, Cyber, Platform, BI and commercial teams across the UK.

You’ll also shape the future of our combined tech stack, influencing investment decisions and driving adoption of key systems such as Collibra, Satori, Dataplex and enterprise governance forums as we build a best in class data ecosystem.
