** What you’ll do
** The Technical Systems Lead provides deep technical insight across ND&I tools by understanding system interactions, data flows and integration constraints. The role enables effective product decisions, supports feasibility for AI and automation, and strengthens tooling performance across ND&I.
* Build a clear technical understanding of ND&I’s tooling ecosystem, including system interactions, data flows, integrations and dependencies across OSS, IT and operational systems.
* Partner with Product Managers (AI & Automation and In‐Life Tools) to assess technical feasibility, constraints, risks and options for new capabilities, enhancements or tool replacements.
* Analyse end‐to‐end system behaviour and identify impacts of tooling changes across upstream/downstream systems, ensuring alignment with ND&I operational needs.
* Work closely with OSS Design to validate solution concepts, ensuring proposals meet integration, data, performance and security requirements without duplicating formal architecture ownership.
* Support evaluation of new tools or AI/automation opportunities by assessing fit with ND&I systems, data availability, technical constraints and integration complexity.
