Position: VodafoneThree - Data Architect and Interface Lead

Location: Newbury + Hybrid
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

Job Description What you'll do

The Data Architect and Interface Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic oversight for OSS Data and Interface delivery between VF3 and our Business Partners, managing a complex landscape of internal teams, System Integrators, and third-party vendors. The role ensures that all domain designs, data exchanges, and interface architectures are not only technically robust but also strictly aligned with the operator’s overarching business outcomes and architectural standards.

A central focus of the role is the end‑to‑end governance of the delivery lifecycle— from initial requirements gathering and the production of HLDs and LLDs to the final Transfer to Operations (TTO). By working closely with cross‑functional teams, the Lead ensures that solutions are delivered on time, meet rigorous operational acceptance criteria, and adhere to all contractual performance obligations.

The role requires a high degree of collaboration with Technical Design Authorities, Solution Architects, Programme and Project Managers, providing the technical expertise necessary for effective risk mitigation, budgeting, and resource planning.
