** What you’ll do
** This is more than a Programme Manager role—you will play a pivotal part in shaping one of the UK’s most ambitious transformations. You will lead the delivery of enterprise-wide, business-critical programmes that will redefine customer experience, connectivity, and value king across a complex, fast-paced environment, you’ll bring clarity, structure, and momentum to initiatives that truly matter—helping build not just a network, but a lasting legacy.
* You will lead end-to-end delivery of major strategic programmes, ensuring outcomes, scope, and timelines align with business goals
* You will mobilise programmes from the ground up, including defining requirements, planning resources, and forecasting budgets
* You will establish and manage robust governance frameworks, enabling clear decision-making, visibility, and accountability
* You will drive cross-functional execution across design, build, testing, launch, and change management activities
* You will proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring transparent escalation and resolution
* You will build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, creating alignment and enabling effective decision-making
