Servicenow Architect

Salary: £130, per year

• Proven experience with TSOM (Telecom Service & Operations Management) and ITSM modules, including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and Sec Ops.
• Strong background in implementing Service Now solutions, including the design and development of Service Now modules.
• Experience with designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery.
• Expertise in Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers.
• Proficiency in Service Now scripting involving JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer.
• Strong technical architecture skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise.

• Lead the design and implementation of Service Now modules, ensuring they meet the needs of our enterprise.
• Serve as the technical authority on Service Now architecture, design, and best practices.
• Define and drive the overall platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the platform while integrating with other enterprise systems.

We are seeking a Service Now Architect for a 6‑month contract based in Newbury/Reading, with a hybrid working arrangement (2‑3 days per week from home and 2‑3 days in the office). This role offers a competitive day rate of £500‑£550 (Outside IR35) and is ideal for someone ready to start as soon as possible, ideally in October/November 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global IT consultancy on a Service Now project for an external client.
