IT Technician

Salary: £68, per year

• Some knowledge of setting up PCs, printers/plotters, Office 365, networking, DHCP/DNS, and Exchange Online
• Strong diagnostic skills for software and hardware issues
• Experience setting up new users in Active Directory and Office 365
• Desirable experience with AD Group Policy Objects, Sonicwall firewalls, Wi‑Fi access points, VPNs, licence servers, VLANs, SQL, EPICOR Kinetic ERP, Paxton Access Controls, Axis/Unifi cameras, CCTV servers, network cabling, and Microsoft Hyper‑V
• Ability to communicate with external providers to resolve issues
• Right to work in the UK
• On‑site availability with no remote working

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within our organisation
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of our computer and network systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Repair and replace damaged computer and network components
• Support employees when they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
• Maintain and update technical documentation regularly
• Test new hardware and software before full‑scale installation
• Maintain asset inventory
