UK (Hybrid / Client-facing) 3 days a week Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus Bonus plus Car Allowance and many core benefitsThe Role Prop Rec Search are seeking a highly experienced Technical Services Manager (TSM) to act as the technical authority, trusted advisor, and senior technical voice of the customer internally across a portfolio of enterprise customers. This is a strategic, customer-facing leadership role where you will take ownership of the customer’s technology services, ensuring they deliver measurable business value, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

You will operate at the intersection of technical leadership, service governance, and executive engagement, shaping technology roadmaps, mitigating risk, validating change, and driving transformation outcomes within complex managed services environments. Working across a matrix delivery model, you will provide technical leadership, governance and assurance across our teams, partners and third parties, ensuring services remain aligned to customer outcomes, operational best practice and long-term strategic directionKey Responsibilities
