Technical Design Authority
- Subscriber Management is a senior technical role within the technology function, accountable for design, delivery, and optimisation of the Subscriber Data Management solutions. This role ensures that these mission-critical systems remain robust, future-ready, and aligned with the organisation’s strategic and operational goals.

The position is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of technology used to provide services within the domain.

Capacity management and system optimisation is a continuous priority, with the role focused on enhancing reliability, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness through performance management, analytics, and technology upgrades.
