Stryker is seeking a Senior Lead HRIS Analyst to act as the functional and technical expert for UKG Workforce Management, focusing on timekeeping and leave management across the organization. You will lead requirements gathering, testing, production support, and adoption of UKG capabilities in line with HR technology strategy.
