Location: Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

The Principal Portfolio Manager - Enterprise Portfolio Governance is a key member of the Enterprise Portfolio Management team, responsible for providing the enterprise governance which enables the shaping and stewarding of the enterprise investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, financial targets and compliance requirements through rigorous governance and effective health oversight.

The Principal Portfolio Manager - Enterprise Portfolio Governance leads the governance which enables the shaping and stewarding of VF3’s consolidated prioritised enterprise-wide investment portfolio, spanning all capital investment categories.

The successful candidate will own, and execute, the governance strategy for EPM, enabling executive decision-making across the enterprise investment portfolio by running Portfolio, Investment & Capital, and Executive Governance boards. They will ensure consistent application of the highest governance standards, that decisions are high quality and evidence-based, and that risk and controls requirements are met. For Board & SLT-level governance forums they will plan/produce ToRs, agendas, decks and minutes, ensuring decisions/actions/risks/dependencies are captured and managed to conclusion.

This will drive the shaping, health and performance of the enterprise investment portfolio.
