Operations Manager (Supported Living / Learning Disabilities / Autism)
Location:
West Berkshire (Hybrid role – travel required)
Salary: £47,710.05 per annum (with inflationary uplift from 1st April 2026)
Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

At Affinity Trust, we help adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism live independent, fulfilling lives. As an Operations Manager (Registered Manager), you’ll lead Supported Living services across West Berkshire, ensuring exceptional, person‑centred support shaped around individual goals and choices.
What you’ll do
* Lead and develop teams to deliver outstanding care.
* Support, coach, and supervise Service Managers.
* Drive CQC compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
* Build strong relationships with families, Social Services, and stakeholders.
* Manage budgets responsibly and achieve service KPIs.
* Promote independence, inclusion, and empowerment.
* Act as Registered Manager for allocated locations.
* Participate in an on‑call rota and travel as required.
About you
You’re an experienced leader with a passion for helping people live life their way. You understand what good looks like in Learning Disability and Autism support, combining compassion with operational excellence.
Essential skills and experience:
* Proven management experience in Supported Living or Learning Disabilities services.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in compliance.
* Budget management and KPI delivery experience.
* Confident IT skills (Word, Excel, data tools).
* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Flexible working approach, willing to travel across West Berkshire.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
