With 9 cosy bedrooms, a fantastic bar,restaurant and courtyard garden, it’s known locally for its excellent food andwarm welcome. The site benefits from tourists visiting the area due to its proximity to Highclere Castle, known for being the home of the Crawley familyin the Downton Abbey.

The new General Manager must be the face of the business with exceptional customer service skills, whilst also possessing the ability to adapt to the seasonal trends and the peaks in the business. Thedrive to get out and about and push sales further in both the corporate and leisure market is also a must .
We are looking for a General Manager who has a proven track record executing large events and experience of jugglingmultiple revenue streams in a multifaceted business.
What wecan offer you:- Our General Manager contracts are 40 hour a week over 5 days, business needs can influence this but we never "celebrate" working too many hours!!
