Overview:
An opportunity is available for experienced Composite Laminators to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business within the Berkshire area. The company operates in a technically advanced sector, producing high-quality composite components for specialist applications.

This is a day shift position offering competitive rates and ongoing contract work.

• Hand lay-up of composite components (carbon fibre / glass fibre)
• Working from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
• Cutting, kitting and preparing composite materials
• Vacuum bagging and preparing parts for cure
• Trimming and finishing components to specification
• Maintaining high quality and safety standards

• Proven experience as a Composite Laminator
• Strong knowledge of carbon fibre and composite processes
• Experience with prepreg systems and vacuum bagging
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail
• Experience with in high-spec manufacturing environments desirable
