Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking to join an innovative and growing manufacturing business?

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to support the production of high-quality components using advanced manufacturing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing environment who is looking to develop their skills within a modern and technology-driven facility.

The Role

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for preparing parts, operating specialist manufacturing equipment, carrying out routine machine maintenance, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient production process and delivering high-quality products to customers.

Key responsibilities of Machine Operator

Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
Preparing and loading components into machines ready for production.
Conducting routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
Supporting production schedules and ensuring output targets are met.
Maintaining accurate production records and system updates.
Identifying and reporting equipment or quality issues.
Following health, safety and quality procedures at all times.
Assisting with continuous improvement activities across the manufacturing department.

About You

To be successful in this Machine Operator role, you will have:

Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
Strong computer literacy and confidence using production systems.
A proactive and positive approach to work.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

Experience with in a similar advanced manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, automotive, electronics or technical production environment.
Familiarity with automated or specialist production equipment.
