About the Role

As Marketing Lead – UK, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing activity, owning and delivering campaigns that resonate with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with previous marketing experience but looking for their next step up! We're a small team, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves—whether it’s planning a strategic campaign or jumping in to help with admin tasks that keep things running smoothly.

You'll work closely with senior leadership and commercial teams, bringing our value proposition to life through creative and measurable campaigns. We’re looking for an individual who is excited by the opportunity to shape and execute campaigns across multiple channels and preferably a strong background in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business objectives
• Own and manage social media channels, growing engagement and reach
• Deliver email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling and analysis
• Plan and coordinate virtual events (webinars, round tables, demos) from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce marketing assets
• Maintain and update the website, ensuring messaging and content is up to date
• Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
• Support sales enablement by producing case studies, collateral and pitch materials
• Handle general marketing admin tasks as needed (e.g., managing contact databases, event logistics)

What we're looking for

• Strong digital marketing skills, with proven experience in email, social media and virtual events
• Hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in at all levels
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools like Hub Spot, Word Press, Canva, or similar platforms
• Analytical mindset with ability to report and act on campaign performance
• Previous marketing experience, ideally within a the HR/Recruitment sector
