The Base in Newbury is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to help promote exhibitions, events and workshops across our arts venue. You will assist with campaigns, produce clear written materials and keep audiences engaged with our charitable work.
Ideal candidates are early in their marketing career, highly organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with energy and creativity. You will gain hands-on experience in arts marketing and community outreach within a small, supportive team.
