Love fashion and enjoy helping customers feel their best? New Look is looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join the team at Parkway Shopping.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience, helping customers discover the latest trends both in-store and online. You’ll work as part of a friendly, supportive team, delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high store standards and contributing to store performance.
What you’ll be doing :- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience
- Helping customers find products in-store and online
- Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining great store presentation
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store goals
- Sharing your passion for fashion and the latest trends
- Supporting a safe, organised and enjoyable environment for customers and colleagues
- A confident and friendly communicator
- A passion for fashion and customer service
- A positive team player with a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential
