Sales Assistant

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our Hilliers Garden Centre store team in Newbury. The role works 4 hours per week, including occasional evenings and at least one day each weekend.

Previous retail experience is essential, but training will be provided.

• Deliver a first‑class customer experience tailored to people’s individual needs.
• Help maximise sales within your concession area.

• Process deliveries and replenish, display clothing and accessories with intuitive merchandising skills.
• Use in‑depth product knowledge to provide expert advice on customer needs.

• Starting pay above minimum wage between £11.05 and £12.81 per hour.
