We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a growing energy brokerage based in Newbury who are looking to hire an ambitious Internal Account Manager to join their fast-paced and supportive sales team.

The Role

As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of your own pipeline of opportunities, working closely with partners, customers and suppliers to manage deals from initial enquiry through to renewal.

You’ll be joining a young, dynamic team where you’ll gain hands-on experience in account management, relationship building and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing inbound opportunities and progressing deals through the pipeline

* Building strong relationships with partners and customers

* Preparing quotes and proposals for business energy contracts

* Managing the full customer lifecycle including renewals

* Keeping your pipeline accurate, organised and up to date

* Working towards revenue targets and performance KPIs

* Developing strong market and product knowledge

* Using CRM systems and internal tools to track activity and performance

About You

Our client is looking for someone driven, motivated and eager to develop a career in sales. Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential, attitude and work ethic are key.
