Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a motivated Sales Controller for their Newbury location. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales, manage the team, and ensure excellent customer service in a high-performing automotive sales department.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a franchised automotive dealership, a strong understanding of finance products, and demonstrable success in sales. This position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 Basic, with OTE of £55,000 plus benefits.
