We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Newbury. Your role will be to lead a team of security personnel, ensuring that our premises, staff, visitors, and assets are always safe and secure. You’ll be the first point of contact for any security‑related issues, managing incidents, and maintaining a professional environment. Your leadership will help shape a positive, vigilant, and solution‑driven team.

• Experience: At least 1 year as a Security Supervisor
• Leadership: You should be confident in managing teams and leading by example
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills are a must; you're the eyes and ears of the team
