Required M4 Specialist are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy and established export client for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative with a Forklift Licence to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday position and IS temp to perm role within a busy warehouse and export environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, stock is handled safely and customer shipments are prepared on time.

The Role Working as part of the warehouse team, you will be involved in the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations. The role combines hands-on warehouse duties, forklift work and basic administration , making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied working day.

Key Responsibilities Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Loading, unloading and moving goods safely using a forklift. Preparing goods for export and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch. Checking incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and damage. Ensuring stock is stored safely and correctly within the warehouse. Completing and maintaining warehouse paperwork and documentation. Responding to emails and dealing with day-to-day queries.

Carrying out general administration duties associated with warehouse operations. Updating records and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately. Working closely with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched on time. Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment. Following all company procedures and health & safety requirements. Supporting the wider team during busy periods and helping wherever required. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be reliable, organised and hardworking , with previous warehouse experience and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will ideally have: A valid forklift licence and previous forklift experience is essential Previous warehouse or logistics experience. Good attention to detail, particularly when picking and checking orders. The ability to complete paperwork accurately. Basic computer and email skills. A positive attitude and willingness to get involved. Good communication skills. The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

What We Offer £13.45 per hour Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 Regular weekday working with no standard weekend requirement Occasional overtime during training and peak periods.
