Soft Landscaping Operatives

Salary & Benefits:

up to £29,000, plus performance bonuses and overtime. Company pension. Referral programme. Free onsite parking.

Field Based – reporting to Head Office, Hermitage

Monday to Friday

Kennet Landscape Solutions are looking for experienced Soft Landscapers to join their team based in Hermitage, Newbury. You will be part of a team travelling to various construction sites to carry our soft landscaping installation.

• Ground preparation
• Planting of shrubs and trees, following a detailed site plan
• Laying turf, creating seedbeds and wildflower areas
• Ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures
• CSCS card is ideal but not essential, with the right experience training may be provided

Candidates should have previous experience within the landscaping and construction industry and must be able to demonstrate good plant knowledge. Also required is excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and execute work efficiently.

• Ideally 2yrs+ experience.
• Driving license is essential.
• CSCS card is ideal but not essential
