Base pay: $22.75/hr – $27.80/hr actual pay is based on skills and experience. Contact recruiter for details.
Responsibilities- Create hands‑on activities to meet children’s needs and interests.
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
- Provide support in any classroom or age group where coverage is needed across a center or nearby locations.
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of professional experience teaching in child‑care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred).
- CDA, Associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children.
- Must pass state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements.
The position requires compliance with federal, state, local, and Bright Horizons’ immunization and health and safety requirements. Work is in person at an early education/preschool childcare center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons’ policies and applicable laws and regulations.
CompensationHourly rate: $22.75 – $27.80 per hour. Final offer depends on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
