We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our dynamic team. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and our customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service throughout the entire order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in‑person to support product and service inquiries.
- Collect, enter, and confirm orders for new products or additional services.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns; elevate to specialists or other team members as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, tracking inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, Scheduling, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support artwork routing, proof approvals, and job tracking to keep projects on schedule.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a solution‑driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software systems (e.g., ERP or Label Traxx).
- Ability to navigate multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience required; manufacturing or packaging label experience is a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Occasional standing and movement as needed.
