Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions or concerns.
  • Promote the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance, and supporting their fitness journeys.
  • Resolve member concerns and, when necessary, escalate to the Club Manager.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
  • Perform membership–related functions such as sign‑ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
  • Perform prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
  • Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all exercise equipment and Recovery Zone amenities.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter‑free.
  • Perform comprehensive walks of all club areas to fix safety / policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.
  • Address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken or missing equipment, leaky faucets, and fixtures.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and moving throughout the club.
  • Continual communication in person or on the phone.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
  • Movement in various positions, including bending and twisting.
