As a Radiologic Technologist (RT), you’ll play a vital role in our mission to provide high-quality care by combining radiology expertise with hands-on clinical support. In our fast-paced urgent care clinics, you’ll work closely with a collaborative team to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives, ensuring they receive accurate diagnoses and the best possible treatment. • Radiologic Procedures & Imaging: Prepare and perform radiologic procedures following Convenient
  
  MD and ARRT protocols.
• Clinical Support: Efficiently switch between RT and Medical Assistant responsibilities.
• Patient Interaction: Support clinical care standards by adhering to Convenient
  
  MD policies and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Quality Assurance & Inventory Tracking: Manage radiology supply inventory and submit orders as needed.
• Team Collaboration & Training: Support onboarding and training for new clinic team members.

• Education, Licensure, &
  
  Certifications:
  
  High school diploma or GED; state licensed with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT);
  American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification (CPR/ACLS not accepted via online courses).
• Experience: 1-2 years in radiology and patient care, preferably in urgent care or emergency settings.
• Compassionate, patient-focused: Demonstrates kindness and contributes to a welcoming environment.
• Proactive and confident communicator: Communicates effectively with colleagues and patients.
• Team player: Enjoys collaborating with others to deliver high-quality care.
• Technically savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; able to navigate multiple systems.
• Driven and self-motivated: Capable of working independently and improving processes to benefit patients and the team.
• Trustworthy: Maintains confidentiality and handles patient information in accordance with HIPAA.

In order to maintain equity among team members, Convenient

MD has established defined hourly pay ranges for each role. Individual pay is determined based on location, experience, market conditions, and budget considerations. The pay range listed reflects potential compensation within this region. Final compensation is determined at the conclusion of the interview process. Additional incentives may be available for highly experienced full-time RTs who are willing to travel to multiple locations.

Hourly Pay Range for this Position: $31.62 - $50.40 USD
