Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 1st shift – flexible

Salary: $115 - $140k (depending on experience) + 10% bonus

Join a leading food manufacturer that partners with some of North America’s top brands to create exceptional products enjoyed in life’s sweetest moments. We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all logistics and material movement within our facility.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the complete flow of goods — from incoming materials and ingredient storage to production support, inventory control, and outbound shipping. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, team development, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment with a focus on FIFO and accuracy.
• Maintain reliable inventory systems through regular cycle counts, audits, and monthly physical inventories using Microsoft D365.
• Ensure precise lot tracking and documentation to preserve product integrity and traceability.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets, control expenses, and align labor costs with productivity goals.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards in line with HACCP, GFSI/FSSC
  22000, OSHA, and DOT requirements.
• Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse personnel, promoting accountability and adherence to SOPs.
• Identify and drive process improvements to improve workflow, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet production, quality, and shipping schedules.
• Analyze operational metrics, identify performance trends, and implement corrective actions to enhance results.
• Lead warehouse safety initiatives and contribute to management team meetings to align goals and address challenges.
• Investigate and resolve warehouse issues such as shipping discrepancies, inventory variances, and service concerns.

• 3–5+ years of warehouse management experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar regulated industry.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Proven ability to streamline processes and improve operational performance.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to compliance standards.
• Skilled in team leadership, employee development, and performance management.
• Clear, proactive communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft D365 preferred.
• Working knowledge of food safety and inventory control programs such as HACCP and GFSI.
