We are seeking a Production Control Clerk to join our Operations Team at Dianne's Fine Desserts, a Dessert Holdings company, in Newburyport, MA. Responsible for scanning raw materials into production and returning raw materials back to the warehouse using a scanner into D365 (ERP).

  • $22 - $26/hr
  • Plus $1.63/hr differential for 2nd shift
• 2nd Shift Hours
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 4:00 pm - 2:00 am or 6:00 pm - 4:00 am

• Performs clerical tasks that support production control and ensures accuracy of work orders in ERP system.
• Ensures that transactions are done accurately and timely into ERP system.
• Assists production coordinators with solving discrepancies with work orders.

• Requires a high school diploma at a minimum.
• Effective oral and written communication skills required.
• Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.

• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch and climb steps.
• Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or use objects, tools or controls.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
• Required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Occasionally, something may weigh more than 50 pounds and assistance must be utilized.
• Possess good eye-hand coordination.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be available for flexibility of scheduling.
