Flexographic Press Operator
Second shift: M-F 12:45-8:45pm

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will set up and efficiently run a servo‑driven narrow web flexographic digital hybrid press, performing traditional flexographic printing and die‑cutting to convert prime labels.
Responsibilities- Operate flexo press/digital hybrid to produce jobs according to specifications.
- Prepare press for printing and die‑cutting.
- Load substrate, install tooling, mount plates, set print impression, and adjust press.
- Ensure substrate, ink, and tooling meet required specifications.
- Adjust ink distribution, speed, and temperature in drying chamber.
- Troubleshoot and correct print issues quickly to minimize downtime and material waste.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Proven experience operating Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or other servo‑driven narrow web press.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to efficiency and quality.
- Ability to lift, stand, and work physically as required for press operation.
- Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Competitive pay $20.00–$34.00/hr
