• Facility: 12-bed LDRP unit with Level 1B neonatal care center
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:00am), 3 shifts per week, every third weekend rotation
• Guaranteed

  36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,470 - $2,540
• Start Date:
  
  September 15, 2025
• End Date:
  December 13, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required for Massachusetts nursing jobs)
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (2 years of LDRP experience strongly preferred)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Flu vaccine required for new staff starting after September 2
• Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months
• Facility is not accepting local candidates

• Advocate for patients and families to ensure positive care outcomes in labor and delivery
• Document all changes and relevant information regarding patient response to interventions and progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, peers, and the healthcare team
• Include patients, families, and caregivers in all aspects of care, ensuring clear explanations
• Provide comprehensive care throughout triage, labor, delivery, recovery, cesarean sections, postpartum, and well newborn care
• Attend deliveries and implement stabilization processes according to NRP guidelines
• Respond effectively and professionally in crisis situations
• Offer resources to assist patients and families with post-discharge needs
