Part Time, Per Diem, Full Time, with flexible scheduling. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in‑home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable car, driver's license and auto insurance (preferred).
• At least 2‑3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV infusion therapy expertise, including medications, hydration and TPN.
• Wound care proficiency, including dressing changes and negative‑pressure therapy.
• Sales and business development mindset.
• Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills.
• Experience with care plan development and quality assurance.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making ability.
• Flexibility and availability for on‑call and emergency situations.

• Home health or private duty nursing experience with Bright Star Care business model.
