The Baylor Nurse (RN/LPN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients'health. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, caring for wounds, and overseeing patient treatment plans. The main objective is to assure safety and physical comfort of the residents and meet the patient’s emotional needs. The Baylor Nurse works Friday to Sunday and receives eight hours of additional pay for working two eight‑hour shifts within three consecutive weekend calendar days.

• A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in this state is required
• Valid CPR certification
