$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000

Shift Differentials: +$3.00/hr on Weekday Evenings (Mon‑Fri 3‑11pm), +$5.00/hr on Weekend Evenings (Sat‑Sun 3‑11pm) and +$5.00/hr on Weekend Overnights (Sat‑Sun 11pm‑7am).

• Assist with bathing, mobility, and personal care
• Monitor vitals and report changes
• Help with meals and daily activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Keep resident areas tidy and well‑stocked
• Support medical procedures and safety efforts

• CNA Certification in the State of MA
• Compassionate heart and team spirit
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Passion for working with seniors and those with special needs
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check
