• Provide skilled nursing services to residents in our assisted living and skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and professional growth
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services

• Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care

• Competitive hourly rate of $36.50 - $56.00/hr
