Evening Shift LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team at The Mansion at Brigham, a leading healthcare facility in Newburyport, Massachusetts. As an LPN at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

• Provide direct patient care to residents with varying levels of acuity, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and wound care.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in patient education and support programs to promote resident independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, treatment plans, and medication administration.
