Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele

Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Start date 02/02/2027 for a 4-week travel assignment on a 12-hour daytime shift (7:00 am–7:00 pm). Weekly pay range $2,265–$2,423 with guaranteed hours of 72 biweekly. Work setting is a hospital-based Med/Surg Tele unit within a travel assignment.

• Setting: hospital-based Med/Surg Tele unit in Newburyport, MA

• Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients according to unit protocols and physician orders
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in patient condition; respond per protocol
• Administer medications and IV therapies; monitor for adverse reactions and document appropriately
• Monitor cardiac telemetry, identify rhythm changes, and elevate to the team as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update care plans, coordinate care, and support timely patient discharge and education
• Document nursing care and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record; ensure patient safety and quality standards

• Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• 2+ years of Med Surg and/or Telemetry experience
• Education:
  
  graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN)
• Ability to work the listed shift in a hospital setting; willingness to participate in the assigned travel assignment
