Opportunity

The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment. Responsibilities require Service Leaders to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break.

If they are not busy, they are expected to evaluate other tasks, complete them, and assist others.

What You’ll Do
  • Follow Chipotle’s policies and procedures
  • Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Help resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, secondary shelf lives, and adhering to the Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies
  • Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • Develop and cross‑train all front‑of‑house crew
  • Assist with crew performance reviews
  • Develop future Service Leaders
  • Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork
  • Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary
  • Ensure proper quantity of supplies is available as needed
What You’ll Bring To The Table
  • Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • High school diploma
  • Restaurant experience

Pay Transparency

Base pay range: $19.65–$21.86 per hour, eligible for digital tips. Actual pay may vary by skill level, experience, and/or education. Chipotle offers a competitive benefits package. Benefits details at
