• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics: clienteling, outreach, appointment setting, awards.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation.
• Share current products and trends with customers, inspire wardrobe.
• Participate in community/store activities and events that promote the brand.
• Lead or supervise others occasionally and open/close the store.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
