Sales Department Administrator

• Maintain CRM/Sales Force database, creating and managing user accounts, roles, and profiles
• Support sales and applications teams to maximize leads and opportunities
• Validate and track leads and opportunities through the quoting process
• Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and track performance
• Partner with Applications and Sales Team to ensure quoting process is in line with customer commitments
• Assist in holding sales team to customer commitment
• Contact warm & cold leads to qualify potential opportunities, early-stage lead follow-up and qualification
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Strong understanding of data management and CRM principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, technical and organizational skills are also crucial.

• 3+ years of experience on CRM platform
• Sales Force experience preferred
• Experience with standard CRM reporting and dashboards
• Understand sales performance metrics
• Monitoring sales efforts of in-house sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
