Whether your background is in athletics, hospitality, customer service, retail, or another field, we want to hear from you.

• Connect with business owners across the country through outbound phone calls.
• Build relationships and identify business financing needs.
• Learn how to present working capital and equipment financing solutions.
• Develop negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Work alongside experienced sales professionals and receive hands-on training.

• Competitive mindset and a strong desire to succeed.
• Confidence communicating with people over the phone.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time, in person, at our Newburyport office.

Previous sales experience is welcome but not required.
